Chennai: A 37-year-old woman travelling from Kualalumpur was found dead upon the flight's arrival here on Tuesday and she had died of a heart attack, police said. The crew of the private carrier found the woman unresponsive upon the flight's arrival here,

The crew checked upon the woman after the flight landed but she was unresponsive. Following this, a doctor examined her and declared her dead. The woman was travelling on the flight from Kuala Lumpur.

A team of doctors examined her at the airport and declared her dead, following which her body was sent to a nearby government hospital.

The woman, hailing from Kallakurichi district in Tamil Nadu, was returning from Kuala Lumpur. Her body has been sent to a government hospital for further procedures.
